🧾 Refund Policy – SaoirseCraft

 

At SaoirseCraft every order is carefully prepared and thoughtfully inspected before shipping. Because our products are specialty build-it kits designed with intention and care, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

That said, we’re always happy to help in the following situations:


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your BookCase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photo and/or video proof of the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.


2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete kit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we’ll make it right by sending the correct item or missing pieces.


3. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been lost in transit for:

  • 30+ days (U.S.)

  • 45+ days (International)

We’ll arrange a replacement for you.

Please note: We are unable to replace or refund orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

While we do our best to support every customer, refunds or returns cannot be offered for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen differences

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or fulfillment begins, orders are considered final.


6. Chargebacks

We work hard to resolve concerns directly and kindly. For this reason, we actively review and dispute chargebacks. By placing an order with SaoirseCraft, you agree to these terms and understand that false claims may be investigated through our payment processor.
